Montana, Montana, (CNN) A Montana man will spend nearly six months in prison after pleading guilty to felony child support.
Montana Judge Daniel O’Brien sentenced Charles A. Schleicher, a retired bank teller, to six months probation, six months home confinement and six months of probation.
Schleichar also agreed to pay a $250,000 fine and pay $2,000 in restitution.
He was arrested last week after an undercover investigator posed as a mother of a child he was supporting with a court order.
A grand jury indicted Schleis on felony child-support charges in April.
Schlesh was also ordered to pay $750 in child support to his wife and children.
